Both cottages are rated by the departmental tourist office of Gironde thanks to the localisation,
the conveniences and the comfort provided : 4 stars for Le Gourbet and 3 stars for l'Oyat.
You can rent a cottage all year around for a week end, a week or more.
They are 2 independant wood cottages recently build (2008 and 2011) with all possible comfort.
Of course, because you can come all the year long, we have installed electrical heating in all rooms (except in the veranda) and each living room has even an extra fireplace.
The solar water heating panels are completed by an electrical water heater in order to grant always enough hot water.
Dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, barbecue, TV HD on satellite... everything is here to ensure your comfort during your stay.
All beds have duvet and pillows. If you need it, we can provide bed sheets, towels and kitchen cloth (additional rental fee).
Each cottage is "baby ready": baby bathtub, pot, bed, changing mattress and high chair are all available.
The ground floor of Le Gourbet is equipped to welcome disabled persons with bed, kitchen, WC and bathroom suitable for wheelchair,
removable seat in the shower, sliding doors...
If you wish, you can park your car in the courtyard.
Pets welcome.
The rental prices for 1 week are between 250€ and 1400€, depending on the cottage, the season and the length of your stay.
